I won my appeal for ESA on 9/10/2012. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for the back payments to be payed

Thanks Catherine I have been waiting for 2 weeks, so there is some hope I will be back paid before Christmas. Fingers crossed!!!

Employment and Support Allowance - you can get it in the UK if you have been working and paid your NI; of course you have to be classified as ill by "ATOS" which can be tricky.
