Yes there is the pbcers.org/ thats the site addy. There is also a chatroom on the site and they run the yahoo group PBCers aka Primary Biliary Cirrhosis Organization aswell.

Is there a support group that gets together somewhere either close to Dallas, TX or Oklahoma City, OK?

We are aware of organisations in the US. That said, we do have a large American contingent within our membership who seem to benefit enormously from our information, our website and the Bear facts magazine.
