Yes. I am particularly thirsty at night.

Might be worth checking with GP. This is one of the symptoms of Diabetes. It’s a quick check so probably worth eliminating.

As Yvonne says, it's a quick test for diabetes and well worth checking especially with all the unwell feelings you've been having? Dehydration also causes headache.

You may find this useful to read

as already mentioned by Yvonne22 thirst can be an indicator of diabetes

I suffer with thirst constantly and dryness of eyes skin I have lichen plants another auto immune, as well as CREST, along with PBC my dentist found the lichen plantus. My Rhumetologist prescribed a medicine called Evoxac. I would definitely be tested for diabetes but also keep in mind it could be another autoimmune rearing it’s ugly head. I hope you get some answers soon. I never go anywhere without water in hand.

Thanl you Granacat. I am wondering if it's another autoimmune condition. I hurt from head to toe, my feet hurt, I keep getting cramp, and the fatigue is a nightmare. My muscles aren't strong any more, if I crouch down, I can't get up without help, and my digestive system is awful. Currently my hands and feet are really bad but, I am going to see a podiatrist on 25th....hopefully this will help with my feet...i feel a bit out of sorts, but I have worked 3 full shifts over the last 3 days, plus travel to London. Got back at 4.30 am today. Exceptionally tired an painful....take care x

Yes!!! I was diagnosed with PBC recently. I've been on URSO for nearly 3 months. I just chocked it up to the medication. I'm glad it's being addressed here.

I too had the extreme thirst and turned out to be anemic.
