Started getting this vibration in my left heel as anybody else experienced this ?

I would love to know what this is. i had is a couple of years ago. I decided then it must be related to stress. (i was stressed and very overworked at the time).

I too get this. In my right hand and left hip. It’s the weirdest sensation. No clue what it is.
