Yes, I'm on them. They're not morphine but a synthetic opioid.

Thank you for your reply. Pain management clinic told me it was low dose morphine. I was being cautious as it has taken me a while to get a few problems sorted and I have lost a bit of trust with the hospital. You have eased my mind.

It was probably easier to describe them that way, as they work in a similar way. They work so well for me, I wouldn't be without them, apparently saving 56 tablets a week with one patch. It's a very 'clean' type of medication.

Thank you that is reassuring. I have only just started them. I am on cocodamol also and the doctors haven't said to stop them. I have a lot of pain having osteoarthritis in my spine at multiple levels. I also have osteopaenia in my neck and several discs that have worn completely. I am on injections weekly for rheumatoid arthritis and have just recently found out I need replacement hips knees and four ops on my feet. Pain management said it was the only option as I can't take tramadol and obviously not good idea for liver.

Knowing you are happy with them gives me some hope. Thanks again.x
