Hi everyone. I know we are all on our own journey and I personally only dip in here from time to time.
I’m 51 and was diagnosed 2 years ago. Mum of 2 age 8 and 13 I have been through the range of emotions.
I just wanted to put a positive spin on things and to encourage everyone to think positive.
In April I ran London Marathon. I started running at 48 and decided pbc was a reason to carry on to prove to myself my body was capable or positive things.
I am so proud of my medal. Keep the faith everyone xx

Firstly, well done on your achievement of the London marathon but also congratulations are due for your approach and your strength of character. Yes, PBC is an individual journey but I hope many are inspired by what can happen.
Oh wow, that's awesome. Good for you and congrats for your marathon. Such an inspiration. I love coming here for positive thoughts as well :). I have been slacking on my work outs lately, and this a great push to all of us to move and do more :). Here's to our best health :).
