Had this all morning ...

This won't go away ... no idea what it is - I may have scratched earlier this morning but it usually doesn't last this long ...it was all red like a rash and that part has calmed down but I'm left with these scratch marks (at least that's what it looks like). I've had this now for about 3.5 hours.

Any ideas

If your skin's being a bit 'reactive', due to sensitivity or auto immune condition, you can get an exaggerated response to a scratch mark. Might be gone by next day. If not you could try antihistamine tablet or mild OTC steroid cream.
