Been a long time since I've wrote a post. Feeling proud off myself at the moment , managed to lose 3 stone on weight and actually doing a bit of excercize .

Wonderful Donna, you look amazing. I am a stone overweight and have recently started to really watch what I eat and I have lost 4lb so feel chuffed with that. However you must feel great after your own weight loss. No wonder you feel proud, well done. x
