how long do you wait for your ESA to be paid at the full rate after winning your appeal

Hiya David i didnt wait long at all couple of weeks i think ..and happy to say they backdated it good luck with it all ..

It varies a cross the country from weeks to months. I was lucky and it was within two weeks. Nagging them helps

It all depends on who deals with it, if it is one of the good DWP staff members it will be a short period of time but if it is one of the awkward members of the DWP staff then it could be months, as they will make excuses such as the backlog, the Tribunal decision not being received etc. If it begins to take time to receive the back pay write to them enclosing a copy of the Tribunal decision (remember to keep copies of all correspondence) and just keep pestering them, because you are only after to what you are entitled to.
