My neurologist says I don't have pa. But my professor says I do. What test can be done to prove this????

Did your neurologist base his decision on your blood test results? Your blood profile should show your B12 levels. Sometimes if your results are borderline a good Dr. will also combine this with your med history/ symptoms and make a diagnosis based on both factors. My experience is that some Dr's rely too much on blood results alone without looking at the whole clinical picture. Your Professor must have made his clinical opinion based something tangible so might be worth having a word with him. Has he started you on B12 injections yet?
Stay strong & don't lose heart, it's common for Dr's to differ in opinion, I know having worked as a senior sister for many years.
