help b12

Does anyone here experience a needle and tingling sensation literally 24/7 from the time they wake up until they sleep.

Since i’ve started injecting b12 the sensation combined with electric shooks has been going on for a year and it’s not slowing down.

Is healing a deficiency supposed to feel like this?, literally feels like I’m being attacked by spiders and ants while being electrocuted.

hello, all the three symptoms you experience are from B12 deficiency. Quite often when you start to heal symptoms become worse. I had amongst others all three symptoms.

We are all different so it's difficult to advise, but my experience was the more frequently I injected the worse I felt initially but healed quicker.

Hope you feel better soon x

Make sure you are getting enough cold water oily fish in your diet or take a fish oil supplement. Nerve myelin sheath is made from Docosahexaenoic acid DHA, which we most readily get from eating fish. Rebuild yourself with the best ingredients. 🐟 🐟 🐟

Hello,

I'm at 5 months injecting and I have those they come and go but those are all what I'm going through and also a lot of brain activity I get at times. So I'm getting it in my brain and body, I know my brain is talking to all the nerves now. they just need to heal up with the nerve covering myelin sheeth. I've been getting brain zaps does anyone get those? I used to get them before treatment but I started getting them again a couple of days ago they are scary . but I know it's the nerves.

I appreciate how you described your symptoms, it can be hard to get one’s point across when what you’re feeling is so crazy and it changes. I’m new to B12 issue, 7 months into it and SI for one month. Someone here described it as a “mine field” and I certainly agree. I too, can’t figure out from my different nerve pains if I’m healing or if it’s getting worse, or permanent. Sometimes it’s pins and needles, skin crawling ( which has lessened), or it can feel like my skin is kind of on fire. Neuropathy is just one of my symptoms. I keep reading these helpful posts for love and support. I’ve also been reading Dr. Chandy’s book. Curious are you experiencing other symptoms or is it just the neuropathy?

How often are you injecting the B12? Are you getting it often enough?
