how does our emotions heal in our brains during recovery

hello everyone,

during this recovery phase of b12D and with PA I'm learning about our nerves healing in our bodies. but I'm curious with my mind always changing though out the day, being more sensitive now to dealing with other people, I notice also not being able to handle very long conversations with some people, and yet other times it's just totally fine. I hope this all goes away. I've gotten sooo much better with this but it does come back maybe if I'm low or maybe it's because I'm tired.

so does the sheath covering in our brain nerves help with this? or how does our brain heal from these kind of emotional situations.

any thoughts on this,

thank you

Rosina

Hi JM

I don’t know the biological answer.

I do know that during recovery my body can’t multitask like it used to. When I take my B12 I think how is it going to be used? For physical work? For socialising? For mental work? For emotional work ie worrying? For healing ie when resting or asleep?

I find that I can’t have a day when all those things happen - I can’t cope - it’s as if I only have one battery!

In time I think we may be able to do more ie switch between B12 consuming activities but it takes time to build up.

I have got into the habit of doing one thing at a time - I still cannot cook tea and chat at the same time - I used to but not now.
