I had not had an injection for 2 1/2 weeks and started to eat beef, I felt so energized and strong I even started to walk for exersice again, I gained 6 pounds with I'm way under weight from b12 deficiency, then my ankles and feet started with the waking up symptoms like when I first started taking b12 7 months ago, most of my symptoms were gone I was feeling so strong when i started to eat hamburgers again, my stomach was able to handle the meat again, I had not been able to eat meat for like 3 years with the gastritis, has this happened to anyone?
comments are greatly appreciated .

I started to eat more beef again last year after years of eating it only every few weeks and found that after a couple of months of eating it 3 times a week I have more energy, cant say im back to really good health but it has made some difference and as they say "every little helps"😊
PS I also found that not eating pork helped my stomach problems
thank you for your reply. yes I feel way better after eating it, well the waking up symptoms in my feet that is coming back hopefully goes way, I get another injection today from the Dr. this will be the first time I get cyanocobalamin, I usually take methyl b12 but I am feeling led to take this kind. I have a good feeling in my spirit about it. I could barely get up after Mass this morning and I could barely think but I ate a hamburger patter for breakfast and I felt way better, but then had to lay back down to recharge. I pray for the best of my next injection today at 2:00, I live in the US California.
