I recently had a blood test. Please could someone advise me as to whether they are ok? Thank you.

Hi Everdeen
It is a bit blurry. However, I would repost just because it has confidential information on and not everybody on the internet are nice people.
So, you had tests for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Vitamin D, Ferritin and Diabetes (blood glucose).
Back later
😊
Your ferritin level looks very good to me. But your Vitamin D is very high. I would suggest stopping your supplement. I’m no expert, just my opinion.
Thankyou
I think you mentioned in another thread you were taking 5,000IU? thats above the tolerable upper limit of 4,000IU - there's usually no reason to go that high except in correcting a deficiency, a more reasonable dosage would be 1,000IU over the Summer, 2,000IU over the Winter - unless you have some problems absorbing. Always test regularly if you regularly exceed the upper limit to avoid overshoot.
I would stop them entirely for the summer (or just take 400IU) and resume a more normal dosage come September.
