I'm having difficulty using the helpline.It's all at the footer of the posts.

I've not done anything to change the colour of the 'likes ' 'responses '

After pressing

'Alerts '

All in blue text still

Sends my brain/ tinnitus crazy .

Has anyone else managed to ask why its changed?

I've asked one of our administrators and informed to do with the 'platform .

I've also asked 'Headway '

Will be even harder for those with a brain injury 😕

Hi  Nackapan I've sent a message to the Health Unlocked team about this so will report back once I hear anything. I found this function under Menu > Get Help Using This Site > Ask. You can see the 'Ask' button at the top of the box that opens up, then you can leave your contact details and message. This is how it looks on my laptop, not sure if it's the same on phones. I have contacted HU this way before and they were super helpful.

I did try the platform and help but it wouldn't open.
