Pins and Needles - when do they start?

I'm still suffering with some severe pins and needles in one foot and up the leg to the knee (mainly in the shin though).

When I first wake in the morning, I think - wow, that feels good, no pins and needles. Then they start. Usually within a few minutes of waking.

Can anyone relate to this?

Yes I can definitely relate, mine are usually in my right arm and hand.

Since starting eod injections I don’t gave this when I wake up but normally about 20 minutes into racquet sport they return.

Normally for up to 10 minutes and then go again.

symptoms of B12 deficiency tend to be symmetric. If they aren't then it implies that there is something else going on. It could be a prior injury or it could be something else.
