folate

hi everyone I’m new here,

I hope your well!

I have my recent blood test results,

And I’m below reference for folate,

I do suffer with mouth ulcers etc quiet a lot that’s what prompted me to see my gp after a numerous amount of visits to my dentist,

They have sent me for. FIT test can anybody help put my mind at ease! I have really awful anxiety and I can barley sleep or even eat just worrying why they’d send me for this 😢

Any help or own experiences would be amazing!

Is your b12 okay.As this shoukd be treated before taking folic acid.

Hello! Thanks so much for your response!

Yes b12 is perfectly normal 3 months before though it was higher than average without supplements I’m literally at a loss 😢 x

Try and accept every test offered if only to rule out things .

I read somewhere that both folate and potassium levels can drop when on b12 injections. That has been the case with myself and i supplement both as both showed below ref ranges.
