Does anyone else find that they bruise really easily? I am constantly covered in bruises especially on my legs. I’m not particularly clumsy so Just wondering whether this is another side effect of the disease or whether I need to get these looked at as could be something else.

I used to bruise so easily. It got better with my b12 treatments.
mainly doing a b12 injection daily for the last 3 years.
b1 (benfomax) 250 MG
b6 (p5p) - 50 MG
b multivitamin that doesn't have b6.
not sure what helped the bruising, the b12 or the other things. but I've been a bruiser all my life and now not so much. thus, I think that I have had b deficiencies for a good part of my life, esp b1 and now as of 9 years, b12.
I had searched for the answer to this bruising for so long, never got one until now.
HiYes I bruise easily but I'm told it's age at 67. However before diagnosis it was really bad. GP said it was the anemia. I take Folic acid as well as b12 shorts. Certainly a lot better now but as you say you only have to gently knock against something.
I would still check it out with a medic as it can be a sign of other medical conditions, especially if you're not 'old' like me!
thanks all, I’m 32 and have always bruised but seems to be more since I’ve had my babies the most recent being 5 months ago. I will go get them checked out but definitely feel i bruise easier when I’m due an injection at 8 week mark.
I definitey think I need injections more than 8 weeks so I do pay for private around 4 week mark.
my labour was completely un-medicated so I don’t think tahg could be my issue, I should get a blood screening done to look at the other levels you mention. I’ll also look up some of those articles you speak of above. Thank you!
