Does patient safety still exist ? It most certainly doesn't over here in the UK.

My Cardiac annual CT Scan was two years late plus it is taking the NHS nearly three months to send results out ! ! ! 😱

I over here it is legalised murder.

Hi Jillymo, no it does not exist at all. It is a good thought though. The is a study that here in US there are a minimum of 250,000 deaths annually due to medical errors and misdiagnosis. At the upper end it is 450,000 deaths. Those are staggering numbers yet you never here anything about it. COVID deaths pale in comparison yet we shutter entire economies fir that. Makes no sense.

That is appalling yet it seems nobody is held responcible !

What ever happened to the Drs oath ?

You cant even complain over here the ombudsman service is just as currupt !
