We are a community. So, even if you are barely able to get out of bed then you are very much thought of. Some of us are doing ‘stuff’ to ease the way.

Beautiful Narwhal10! This perfectly answers my question. I often ask myself, usually just before I hit publish..."why am I doing this?" In regards to my substack. That's it, there is no better reward than to give some help, some of yourself to another. Even if that's just one person then that's a success.

Thank you for sharing, Rex

It may impact just one suffering in silence. Who does not know where to turn to next. They have no answers but that one person may tell another, then another. Soon that one becomes a party, then a crowd and then a population

It is. There are people here who are so knowledgable or just kind and supportive. They know our symptoms are real. How exasperating it can be to just be heard and be tested. Lots of empathy here x

Thank you Narwhal. This is a very supportive and helpful community. I've learned a lot about coping and it's useful to be reminded that having PA is a journey we all need help at different times and of different kinds.

I come to this place everyday to find the kindest and most understanding people who know what I am going through. Going through this together is so much easier. The outside world just doesn’t care to understand this disease. Thank you everyone.

Absolutely CRK1,

There are many people on here that give me an emotional boost. They were here for me when my family shunned me. Here is my safety net and I know all of us have each others’ back.

Kind words, understanding, support, advice , more research. It doesn’t matter.

Best wishes from over the Pond 😘
