So I woke up last night and had burning and itching on my lower legs which I have experienced intermittently since I was 9 years old. It was more constant once I started injecting. It has gone away and has not been an issue for over a year. It felt a bit different than before and I went with put some coco butter on my legs and deal with it in the morning. I was not happy.

Come to find out if you go kayaking for hours in shorts and the sun is out your legs will get sun burned. Go figure.

While on the water a blue heron and bald eagle happened by. That was cool.

Hi Wiz

Jealousy in abundance from me! Kayaking, sun and a bald eagle! I would scratch for months for that experience!!!!

I sometimes know that I'd be a ecstatic to be doing as well as I am right now as little as a few months ago.

Yep that big yellow thing in the sky can do weird stuff to us mere mortals 😂.

Sounds bliss, kayaking, heron and bald eagle.

The big question was did you rock the boat ? 😉

😂 I actually was quite pleased at how good my balance was getting in and out of the boat.

Brilliant Wizard6787,

Good to read that your vestibular system (ear) and cerebellum (back) are in TACT.

N.B. P.A./B12 deficiency can impact on both or either. People may see just their Primary Care Physician/G.P. be referred to a neurologist or Ent.

My balance on not 100%. I'm thinking golf next season will be a good test for that.

I had a similar thing a couple of years ago, the summer was insanely hot day after day, I started itching all over and feeling dizzy and faint, couldn't think what was wrong now, until I realised I was overheating!

Because of the neuropathy in my hands/arms, I constantly felt like I was freezing cold, so I was wearing clothes that were unsuitable for hot weather. I eventually sussed out that I needed to cover my hands and arms, while I was wearing t-shirts, and it worked!
