Can too much B12 via injection be harmful?

I am very thankful to those who have been responding to my posts regarding my left side pain, including calf and ankle issues. I am contemplating "reloading" with every other day injections, but I am concerned that I might cause some harm by doing so, since no one can definitely say if my issues (spine: L5 nerve root impingement, moderate and severe left foraminal stenosis) are B12 related or not. Quick blood summary: PA diagnosed in 2018, followed by load in injections, and maintained for 5 yrs.on daily 1,000mcg sublinguals. MMA and homocysteine fine. All other results within normal range. 66 years old, athletic, avid walker.

Hi,

After your initial loading doses (I assume by injection), have you been receiving any regular maintenance doses by injection?

My personal experience in the last 2 years has been every time I increase the amount of B12 I supplement symptoms increase for 30 +-days and then gradually improve. Positive.

My periferal neuropathy is all but gone and it was acute. B6 is critical for me.

See profile July for current self treatment.
