I had to fight the urge to add the following:
"Methylfolate is safe and well-tolerated, with no downside, so presumably a large percentage of physicians will be reluctant to recommend it due to concern over methylfolate toxicity."
I am just starting to learn about different forms of folate. This article seems like a legitimate summary. Please let me know if contents are inaccurate and I will remove the post.

I think medicine is in its infancy regarding mental health. The current policy of handing out antidepressants as a 'cure all' is just madness.
