Having completed my 'investigation of B complexes and concluded that in general it was a "seems like a good idea" without any scientific testing I decided to do further exploration. Note: I agree it seems like a good idea.
My exploration lead me to supplements for autism studies. My rational was that autism was more likely to have better funding due to it being sexier than B12 deficiency.
I am aware that ANRC-EP is a product and that may influence the research.
I am just starting to do research on ANRC-Essentials Plus (ANRC-EP) and have not drawn any conclusions other than I want to do further investigation. No idea where that will lead. Guessing it may be a "that seems like maybe a better idea than B complex supplementation to try and achieve a balance.
I posted in case others wanted to look into it as a possible alternative to B complexes.
I understand that all ingredients in ANRC-EP need to be checked to prevent over supplementing if done in combination with any other supplementation.
