Lo salt some use.
I have IBS and can tolerate bananas. It is best to try just one thing different at a time.

ah... I have IBS too. One thing that helps is to eat fiber! I learned this from keto where I supplement a lot of potassium. I eat walnuts, about 50 g... but they are sort of fattening so you can do things like brussels sprouts etc that will help. Cocoanut water a lot of times has a lot of sugar in it. Honestly, I do a potassium powder but am very careful to measure and stay under the 5g / day limit as it is very dangerous to overdose. I've been doing this for 6 years now; yes, even before I had b12 deficiency.
Here are some smoothies I drink that are high in potassium and tasty. 1 Banana with 1 cup wild blueberries, 1 cup strawberries and almond milk
942 mg potassium
One half Avocado with almond milk, 1 cup pineapple and 1 cup mango.
1095 mg potassium
Banana w/ 1 cup strawberry, 1 cup mango and 1 cup almond milk
1109 mg potassium.
And this stuff:
Dr. Berg's Original Keto Electrolytes Powder - Sugar Free Electrolyte Powder - No Maltodextrin - Hydration Powder - Raspberry Lemon 50 Servings a.co/d/8g7UnPp
And soon there will be an at home test kit for monitoring potassium. A company called Kalium is developing it.
