I was diagnosed with PA earlier this year and received a series of injections to start now it’s every 12 weeks. I’m due my second 12 wk injection in 2 weeks. It’s not made a significant change in energy levels and still have issues wanting to sleep.
I thought it was my clinical depression to blame and my meds have been increased. Dr says my B12 levels are ok and I don’t have to adjust the timing of 12 weeks. Still no better.
Does anybody have any suggestions to why I’m still very tired. No enthusiasm it’s very difficult to know what to do next. I’ve not felt well for a very long time. Thanks.

I'm sorry you're feeling unwell. Very likely you need more frequent injections. There's no reason for them to test levels once you've started on injections, levels can remain high for a long time after even just 1 injection. If you are not able to convince your GP for more frequent injections, you may have to resort to self-injecting (SI), which many of us here have to do.
Low energy and depression are often a side effect of insufficient B12 and low folate. Have they tested folate recently?
I am sure others will be around to post more links on UK guidelines and requesting more frequent injections, but here are a few to get you started:
