Like I posted earlier, I have been having chest pain, back pains, burning sensations around my diagram, sometimes empty stomach sensation, high palpitations;and all these were diagnosed as stomach ulcer. I have been treated with all sorts of acid antagonist. Recently, I have been having pains in my left side chest and ribs alongside other b12 related symptoms. My b12 result showed deficiency. I don't take alcohol or cigarette. I'm not a vegetarian. I hhave taken more than 20 shots of cyanocobalamin and still feel the same. I feel very uncomfortable sleeping with my left side. Can someone more experienced please me.

I think you need more B12 injections. 20 injections of Cyanocobalamin isn't that much.
i must've had 200 injections and I'm still not completely healed. It takes time and patience.
Try to get more injections.
I am only just waiting for tests to see if I have Pernicious Anaemia but I am B12 deficient.I had noticed that I was having sudden left side chest pain that went from the chest to the clavicle and then radiated down my arm. I have a tachycardia syndrome but my Cardiologist was sure it was linked to the B12 issue rather than an increase in my heart condition.
Thus left sided heart pain can also be caused by ulcers or gastric reflux and GERD.
I have also had pain around the ribs as though they were being squeezed or leaned upon .
This can happen with a condition called costochondritis as well caused by inflammation in the cartilage between your ribs and causing intense pain and trouble breathing in and out but that usually lasts longer than the rib pain I have had recently just before testing B12 deficient , the rib pain recently would only last for 10-15 mins .
Have you had other tests to rule out any other heart or gastric problems that might be adding to your pain?
As Pickle 500 has said , and from what I have read so far on these posts it looks like it can take some people a long time to improve , especially if they have other health problems as well.
I hope you feel better soon
Have you had your pancreas checked?
Malfunctions in this organ can give very similar symptoms to having an ulcer or SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth).
Your pancreas drains to the right and so complains if you lie on your left. The pain radiates up to your left shoulder if there is a problem with it.
Have you been checked for SIBO?
Poor pancreas performance and low B12 are closely linked as the pancreas produced enzymes needed to digest your food, particularly meat, to release the nutrients within it, including B12, so it can be absorbed further down your gut.
If EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency) is the problem due to pancreatic issues, it is possible to take digestive enzymes which help enormously so it's well worth getting the right diagnosis.
Good luck.
