Difficult to say without any additional information and other RBC parameters. Do you have a full set of labs and some history to share?

Hi Anemiaguy61 Not a medic but high MCH is usually a sign of macrocytic anaemia - large red blood cells ?

MCV - the volume of your red blood cells is in the normal rangeMCH - the amount of haemoglobin in your red cells is higher than normal which implies that they may be rounder than normal - which is a sign of anaemia caused by folate or B12 deficiency.

However, you really do need the full set of results to get a proper interpretation.
