Injection time of day

Is there a better time of day to do injections as far as getting the max benefit? Example: does it help to do them at night so I’m not active right afterwards or is it just as good to do them in the morning even though I’m fairly active on n my job?

I think best advice is to try both and see which suits you.

It makes no difference to me what time I have my injection.

Sometimes I get a real hyper feeling after an injection so I tentvto do mine earlier so it doesn't affect my sleep

Hi lambuth_eagle,

We are all different, there are a few people who have to inject twice a day. I inject in the morning, as I am a morning person. Then as the day goes i dwindle. Work out what’s best for you.

Best wishes

I definitely think that morning is the best too. That way = more energy for your day 😊
