Just wondered if you meant to post on this forum.
PAS forum is aimed at those with PA (Pernicious Anaemia), an auto- immune disease that leads to B12 deficiency. Some posters on the forum have other conditions that lead to B12 deficiency.

I am not medically trained.
I remember reading about it (only what I googled). The symptoms overlap with b12 deficiency as far as I could understand.
