Is Subacute Combined Degeneration exclusive to Pernicious Aneamia sufferers? Or can it also affect vegans/diet related b12d sufferers?

It is caused by long-standing Vitamin B12 deficiency , no matter what the reason is .

interestingly it mentions gastrin as a test for B12 deficiency - first time I've come across that in something official.

Demylination occurs in Lymies, People with all other b12 issues, MS. I'm sure there are others. Perhaps Parkinson's.
