Yes I think so.One think that seems to have resolved being replaced with different sensation s around eye sockets.

Mine flickerd when talking too for sometime before diagnosis.

Optician nog concerned.

I get a heaviness now.

Lije glue but nit sticky

Tightness always there around eyes and top of ears.

Used to be across face .

My noses very numb at times too.

All nerves I expect.

Hooe yours resolves in time.

Yes this was picked up by my specialist years ago, and had it again last week.My weirdest symptom pins and needles in my tongue.

more B12 has stopped that. Just goes to show how B12 can affect all parts of the body. Just have flood the body with B12.

Yep. It's a sure indicator ,for me, that's it's time for a B12 injection.

That's so weird! (I think) I had a mild but chronic B12 deficiency, and I had an eyelid twitch in 2017 for months just in my right eyelid, nobody had any idea, then eventually it went away. I had B12 shots last month and now the twitch in the eyelid is back! I hope my symptoms are slowly reversing though the years and it'll go away soon :-)

Yes, had a flickering eyelid for a long time. Went away with injections.

It could also result from a magnesium deficiency, too little sleep, or too much caffeine. But I am not medically trained. From my own experience, I would guess it's either an insufficient frequency of B12 injections or too little magnesium. Or both.
