I experienced last night what I can only describe as as if it was a sudden drop in B12, nearly like a low. I was fine when I went to bed and then suddenly took all my symptoms at once - insomnia, palpitations, numbness, pins and needles, headache, fatigue. This morning They’ve gone again after a long lie in. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this? I get injections once a month (due in a week) and take supplements daily. Thanks in advance.

Sounds as if you may not be receiving injections frequently enough. From my personal experience, an adequate injection schedule for the individual won’t result in experiencing symptoms. Symptoms will be intermittent without adequate injections unless you go way too long without shots and then symptoms will be constant. At my sickest, there was no break in symptoms. Agree with others. Talk to your doctor about more frequent injections. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
This happens to me all the time. It comes out of no where. I can’t figure it out either. I too am one injection per month. I often think it’s not enough. I truly think one every 2 weeks would work better for me but my doc won’t budge. Also have you had your magnesium level checked? I was also very deficient in magnesium and since starting supplements ( it’s only been 2 weeks) the weird episodes I would have seem to be a little better. Best of luck
