A month a go I was injected for 3 times In a week the dosage was 1000mcg per injection b12. Before the injection my level was 250 and now 314.
After one week I got sore tongue and other symptoms developed such as burning sensation in legs or feet. Feeling of pins, tingling, anxiousness. Itchy skin.
What should I do ?
Does anyone have the same issue?
Please help me

Hi Georgey,It could be (not a guarantee) the reversing out process. I keep a symptoms diary, after my 5th injection, I was woken at 5 a.m. with the weirdest sensation in my mouth - my palate felt like I’d eaten lots of bees (burning stinging sensation). After my 11th, I thought someone had smashed a tv over my head - static, pain.
Like Nackapan said other blood tests results too are important. 😊
If you had no symptoms of B12 deficiency, your B12 levels are not showing any obvious deficiency, and all your tests are normal, then you don't need to inject vitamin B12.
It’s not clear from what you say, how you obtained your injections - but I suspect that these were not prescribed by a GP.
I note that you took it because you saw on the internet that it could help with bad mood. It will only do this if mood swings are due to B12 deficiency (unlikely in your case) and there are many other reasons for mood disturbances, so I suggest you discuss this with your GP.
If you are experiencing side effects from injecting vitamin B12 (and that's debatable), these will wear off over time. If your symptoms persist, there may be another underlying cause and you should consult your GP.
Some here may mistakenly think that you have B12 deficiency and advise continuing with injections...but as you say you took these for mood, had no symptoms of B12 deficiency and no diagnosed deficiency, then this would not be advisable.
I'm turning off replying to this post to avoid the potential for best intention but possibly mistaken or inappropriate advice (given what you say in your responses (which some will not read) outside of your main post.
If your symptoms (or the mood issues) continue, please consult with an appropriately qualified medical professional. They will be able to investigate and provide advice about diagnosis and potential treatment options.
