Hello, I also have have Crohn’s and B12 deficiency , also vitiligo. The Crohn’s is grumbling most of the time with periods of intense activity, I’ve had it for 27 years and the B12 problem for 5 or so.....thought I suspect it was there for a lot longer and am wondering if what I have is actually PA and not Crohn’s at all since it has never been “classic” Crohn’s according to the GI consultant. The symptoms on the PAS website cover most of my Crohn’s problems (except the vasovagal episodes that happen with a bad gut reaction...but no one knows what that is about). Anyway, here if I can contribute understanding and advice.
