I'm new here. I have PA and notice when I walk in high temps I dehydrate easily and get shaky. Is this related to PA? Thanks!

I get this a lot with most exercise size and I’m not even really that unfit! I was diagnosed with PA in Jan this year, so am learning new things most days, but one thing I have learnt is that there are so many different symptoms. But I can definitely relate the the shakiness! Feel free to pop me a message if you ever want a chat :)
