Can you self inject for b12 without the permission of a GP? NO gp listens i have had to do my own research and pay for private testing including b12 active and total aswell as the mma urine test. I know i need treatment just dont know how to get it!

I buy them from Germany mycare.de/online-kaufen/b12... you can hit the GB flag at the top right to make it English. I get syringes and needles from the needle exchange place, very cheap. I just buy 10 at a time so that they don't go out of date. exchangesupplies.org/

How do you know you need treatment?

What are your symptoms? What were the results of your tests? Why has your GP ruled out B12.

The symptoms of a B12 deficiency overlap with many other conditions.
