Hi sorry forgot to say I self inject B12 IM up to 3 times a week I also take A-Z multivitamin and minerals, folic acid and 2,000 is vit d daily. Also for my Parkinsonism/Parkinsons I take 50 mg Opicapone and up to 6 doses of madopar 100/25 mg x2 a day. I have many and varied symptoms that I can relate to B12 deficiency and parkies
