Supplements most are a waste of money.

I have had terrible experiences with taking supplements. Many of us are recommended to take them. I am sure what the neurologist in the attach link explains has happened to me. There is no telling what is really in those pills!! So I thought to share, to be aware and ask the companies making the supplements you want to take if they can guarantee it has and does what it says on the pot. Each pill having the same quantity , quality and made in a clean controlled laboratory environment, proof of this!

Some companies are better than others. Yes food is best. Our earth the food grows in is changing too though. I didn't take any vitamins. I then had a vit D level of 19 and a serum b12 of 106. I'm not taking chances now and check if they working by my blood tests. When my vit D low I was very suprised as got alot of sun then. Of course some things do disagree with some. I found flaxseedsome hard to digest. I'm going to try ground flaxseed though. I tried primrose oil and that didn't suit me either. I've never taken so many vits that I do now

I've never been as ill either. They have their place. Should never replace a good mix of food though.
