There are intermittent problems across the HU platform with reply notifications.

If you replied to someone within a thread or asked a sub-question and are expecting a response and have not received one, please don't think that you're being ignored...it might simply be that the person you replied to has not been notified of your response....and hence does not reply to you.

So, if you have asked another question or requested more advice within a thread, would like an answer, and do not get one, please re-ask your question by putting up a new post.

In a similar vein, if you're reading through the forum and spot a reply that needs a response and has obviously been unanswered by the recipient, please feel free to dip in and leave a response, if you're able to.

This is an intermittent problem that seems to occur every so often so it's quite annoying - I seem to spend much time 'trawling' just to check and see that I've responded to everyone that I should respond to (apologies if I've missed anything/anyone).

Hate to think of anyone waiting for a response that never arrives 😖.

👍

P.s. Reported - HU are aware.
