Hello, I saw a post on here a while back about what to do with 23 and Me results once you get them. I think it was a program they had to be run through or something? Any info on how to do this would be great. Thanks!!

I recommend Promethease promethease.com for a comprehensive analysis.
When did you get your test done? 23andMe told me that their latest chipset doesn’t test the C677T MTHFR mutation. It would be interesting to see if they’re telling porkies.
geneticgenie.org/ gives quite a good free one with the basics
nutrahacker.com/ is also free but tries to sell you supplements so take lightly some of the info
drbenlynch.com/product/stra... is not cheap ($45) but I found the most helpful as it comes in a PDF with all the methylation pathways diagrams. Dr. Lynch's book "Dirty Genes" is also very good, you don't need the report to understand the book but I found the report worth it.
As others mentioned, promethease is also good and quite cheap, invaluable reference tool for looking up stuff.
