Believe its helping with brain damage, especially if I spread out?

Pharmacy is starting to keep track, Ill just have to tell them I guess, that I have a deficiency.

Yes you certainly can inject twice a day . You will

Just excrete any B12 that you cannot use in your urine . There is no danger at all . You can access the scientific paper about this if you look into the pinned posts .

No , certainly not . If you have absorption problems , it is not a waste of money . But you will eventually reach a point when the symptoms will either be resolved , or stop improving . Then you know that you can experiment with how often you need to inject to keep symptoms at bay . Then inject a short while before you know they start returning . This is how I managed to find how often I needed to inject -I have diagnosed P.A. But we are all different , so there can be no hard and fast rules . If only the medical profession would realise this in the U.K. , where most PA patients are only allowed one injection every 3months no matter how much they suffer .. For some this is sufficient , but for many it is not . That’s why Martyn Hooper founded this society —God bless him !
