I have problems withs with pernicious anemia, and am asking if begins hc l is solution? Thanks should be problems with constipation, and gastroparesis

Sweetmary52, unfortunately your post is very difficult to understand which is probably why you haven't had any responses.

If you have PA then it is likely that you will also have low stomach acidity. There are some products on the market that are geared at correcting this eg Betaine

Many of us find that actually taking something acidic with food helps - some lemon or lime juice in water.

There is a very high cross-over between PA and auto-immune thyroid problems. constipation is a potential symptom of hypothyroidism - and other symptoms also have a high cross over - so may be worth getting checked out for thyorid problems.
