A bit confused.

I was diagnosed a couple of months ago, had my loading doses, and just waiting on the first of my three monthly injections yipee !!!. Everyone seems to be armed with all these figures eg 150 or 200 where are they getting them from, my Doctors/Nurses haven't told me anything like that. Do you have to ask them for it or something am I being completely thick here. Sorry because I don't know what a lot of this means, I understand the symptoms but these figures that people are trotting out, now that's got me completely flumexed. x

Most people here like to know the exact results of the various blood tests they have. Mainly because they're not satisfied with 'the results are normal', especially when they see that they are barely normal.

The NHS is supposed to be moving into the 20th century and making all patient records available online. Ask at your surgery to see if that's available, otherwise ask them for a printout of your blood test results for this year. Then post them here for an explanation.

Yes. It's your blood and your results. They can change you a small amount for printing materials.

At the very worst you can make a Frredon of Information request.
