How long does it take to get better of b12 deficiency just after being diagnosed

Sadly no-one can answer that question cormeen32 as a lot will depend on how severe and how long you have had the deficiency.

It is not uncommon for some symptoms to appear to get worse before they get better as the B12 starts to repair the damage done to your nervous system whereas other symptoms may improve quickly.

I'm not a medically trained person but have had P.A. (a form of B12 deficiency) for over 45 years and I'm still "clivealive"

Thank u for your advice l have a lot to learn and understand l feel so tired and aggatated didn't know you could find out the b12 level will be contacting Dr on Monday

the B12 level won't really give any clear indication of how long or how deficient you really are - for that you need to look at symptoms and how long and how significant they are.

Thank u l know so little about what l have l am going over to my Dr on Monday to really find out l am so tired do anything my temperature rises l sweat everywhere don't feel well at all
