Effect of Iron suppliment

Hi, my 2.8 years old son was having low hb. Thelesemia was rulled out and iron was started. After 3 months hb is increased but some other parameters are disturbed. Is this normal that these parameters r disturbed after taking Iron? Pls see attached. It was done after stopping iron for 1 week.
