I'm si 3times a week but have tremendous pain under my shoulder blade.

No lifting or twisting could it be PA relayed

You need to see a specialist, preferably a neurologist. There is no way something like this can be diagnosed by amateurs on the Internet.

Interesting....I have a similar thing and have recently started wondering if it is a symptom as it does come and go. I haven't tracked this in my symptom diary so far as didn't consider it might be connected. Just had my jab so going to keep a track of it to see if it changes over the next week or so.

I managed to speak to a doctor today. Having bloods done Tue for a full overhaul
