A poem to brighten your day...

so now I've pernicious anaemia

just to add to the ailments I've got

is my doctor quite seriously worried?

Oh no, friends...he's certainly not !

"I'll keep an eye on how you're doing

don't worry ! Come back in a year.

We'll then take a new B12 sample

Just relax...there is nothing to fear.."

So i'm left feeling drained and exhausted

feeling ill and incredibly weak

And then, like a rainbow in grey skies

YOU provided the answers I seek

I'll face every day feeling stronger

cos you've all walked a mile in my shoes

i'm empowered and far more pro active

now you've shown me the tools I can use.
