Blood tests from my GP, help please as I don't have a clue

Hi there its me Again, I got copies of my last blood tests from January and October and as you guessed, I don't have a clue 🙈 i can only upload one picture at a time so I'll try and include the rest in the comments, again thank you in advance xx

I notice the results were from January, really if you're still symptomatic you should revisit your GP and ask them to recheck.

Your B12 was certainly low/abnormal back in January and I would have thought you'd have had treatment for that back then?

My B12 was done again in October and it's up to 311, I would have thought after all that time it would have been raised more? x

serum B12 is low - indicating that you are B12 deficient.

serum ferritin looks okay

folate is on the low side but in range
