Hi,

I know a couple of people posted they were going to the conference on May 16th.

Was it interesting?

Hi sleepybunny, it was very good thank you. Most informative and interesting. I particularly found the methylation cycle of interest - my 23andme results have come thro and I'm trying to decode them- need to sit down with a laptop to do properly. The speaker was a guy who healed himself with food, exercise and methylation- and was obviously in very good condition! Is there anything you particularly wanted to know? Pm me if you would prefer.

Thanks for the reply. I would have liked to go but wasn't up to it physically.

I'm interested in what could stop b12 getting into the body's cells even if there is a high level of active B12 in the blood.

I suspect that I could have a methylation problem. Did he talk about MTHFR gene mutations?

What did Sally Pacholok talk about?

Yes, I'd love to hear about it too. Likewise I'd be interested in "methylation problems and MTHFR gene mutations". I know nothing about either of them...
